When and where will team check-in take place?
Ans. Team check-in will take place on Sunday, 30 July 2006 between
12:00pm and 7:00PM in the at ABC Ball Park in St. Ann, Missouri
Can
anyone represent the team at check-in?
Ans. Yes, as long as they can answer any questions that are related to
the teams required paper work for the tournament and they have all the required
information listed in the question. The manager of the team that is NOT
going to be present during the check-in of their team is requested to notify the
Tournament Committee of
their non-availability.

What should the team representative bring to team check-in?
Ans. The team representative should have the following information
with them at team check-in:
Any Pre-Tournament information
if not already provided.
Original copy of Pick-Up Player forms that have not already
been provided. Make sure that the all Pick-Up Player forms are completed and
signed by all required individuals.
Date-of-birth verification
documentation for all players including pick-up players if not
already provided.
Verification of team/player medical and team liability
insurance.
The cell phone numbers of at least two(2) adult people that are associated with the team and attending the tournament. These people should be in the habit of having their cell phone on at all times during tournament operating hours (6:00AM-midnight).

What information and items will be given to the team
representative at team check-in?
Ans. The team representative will be given the following information during
team check-in process:
Tournament passes for all players and three coaches.
The opportunity to purchase tournament passes for fans,
family members and additional team coaches.
Maps showing the location of ABC Ball Park and local area
fields and parks that may be available for team practice.
Can a team check in late if they are arriving in St. Louis late
and cannot make the 30 August 2006, 7:00PM deadline for check-in?
Ans. Yes, on Monday, 31 August 2006 prior to the managers meeting. The
pre-tournament coordinator must be contacted via telephone at 314-429-7577 to
make an appointment time for team late check-in. All teams must have completed
the team check-in process BEFORE the managers meeting starts. For teams checking
in late, birth verification information for players including pick-up players
must be received as part of the pre-tournament paper work not later than Friday,
28 August 2006 . No late team check-ins will be scheduled for teams
from Region 12!!!!. The processing of teams checking in late will take place
in the ABC Field House.
