TEAM UNIFORMS: Team uniform
requirements in the ASA Code will be enforced for players and coaches.
RUN AHEAD RULE: A 15 run
after three innings or 8 run after five (5) innings, rule will be used
for the complete tournament.
TIME LIMIT: Inning shall be
completed if started prior to expiration of the following time:
TIE BREAKER: The tie
breaker will begin at the end of time or at the top of the eighth
inning.
PROTESTS: For all formal
protests the tournament director will appoint a Protest Committee. The
decision of the committee is final, there is no appeal.
TEAM ROSTERS AND OFFICIAL ENTRY FORMS:
Each player must be listed on the official ASA roster form, which must
be signed by the Metro Commissioner.
OFFICIAL PLAYER IDENTIFICATION:
When requested by a tournament official, a player must provide proof of
identification (which shall include a current photograph of the player
and the players signature) and age. Failure of the challenged player or
team manager to provide such ID and proof of age immediately will result
in a forfeiture of the game.
GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AS SCHEDULED:
If rain or other causes delay the tournament, it is the team managers
responsibility to determine the new starting time with the TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR ONLY. There will be no
grace period allowed.
DUGOUTS: First Team listed
in tournament bracket sheet will use the 3rd base dugout.
HOME TEAM: Home
team will be determined by a flip of a coin at home plate before each
game.
LINE UPS: Tournament
officials will provide the official line-up cards for your use.
TEAM CONDUCT: Managers and Coaches are
responsible for the conduct of their players, parents and fans at all
times, both on and off the field. |
