| Entry Fee: | $350.00 ($50 to travel fund plus $100.00 team gate fee) |
| Advancing Berths: | The first place team has their choice to advance to the National Championship or the Hall of fame tournament. Other team(s) will receive a berth in accordance with the 2005 Region 12 Code.. |
| Travel Fund: | $50.00 of each entry fee will be placed in a travel fund. The travel funds will be distributed as follows: Sixty percent(60%) to the team advancing to the National Championship and forty percent (40%) to the team advancing to the Hall of Fame Qualifier in accordance with the 2005 Region 12 Code. |
