ASA Membership Benefits

As the National Governing Body of Softball, the Amateur Softball Association affords millions of players, fans, coaches, administrators, umpires and parents with benefits upon registering to PLAY ASA. While each ASA local association and ASA member league offers unique opportunities upon registering, certain benefits exist for everyone just by being part of the program. For example, all ASA teams get complimentary copies of the ASA's Official Rules of Softball, Balls & Strikes Magazine plus a variety of other options. (Note: please contact your local commissioner if you failed to receive one of the items previously mentioned). Below is a listing of various programs currently in place but be sure and check back often as this listing will be updated as new promotions come into play:

Liberty Mutual's Responsible Sports program provides expert advice and valuable resources for ASA's youth parents and coaches. ASA Dental Discounts   ASA Fundraising
The ASA has leveraged our very large member pool of several million participants to gain advantages in several health related areas including Dental, Rx, Chiropractic, Hearing and Vision discounts. The Dental Solutions program meets this need head on with access to a large network of providers who have agreed to perform their professional services at a significant discount from what the member would have paid without the program plus making it very affordable!

Be sure to use your ASA Discount Code!   Spectrum Electronics is working with ASA league members nationwide to introduce the ThunderBolt Storm and Lightning Detector to youth sports and sports enthusiasts. The ThunderBolt detects and tracks storms from 75-miles, providing the user with the Estimated Time of Arrival for approaching storms. Once the storm becomes Local (8 miles), the ThunderBolt provides the user with the Time to Clear (the time necessary for the storm to clear the area inorder to resume outdoor activities).
